- Willingness to learn – Hands-on training with no experience necessary
- The guts to climb like a spider monkey (300+ feet, to be exact)
- The intention of getting your CDL (we’ll help you get there!)
- A crave for adventure (you’ll be traveling 70% of the year)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- The ability to pass a drug screening (safety first!)
