We’re looking for someone passionate about construction and with a desire to be heavily involved in environmental projects throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will be a planner and coordinator who ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget all while maintaining high quality standards. Occasionally travel is required to visit a job site and maintain customer relationships. Main responsibilities include project management, operational oversight, customer relations, team coordination, and documentation and reporting.

 

🔻What you’ll do

• Innovate: Lead renewable energy projects from inception to completion while managing timelines, schedules, bids, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional and executive teams to ensure project success, and cultivate customer relationships while addressing concerns
• Optimize: Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and green sustainability, and document contracts, status reports, turnover punch lists, and inspection reports
• Lead: Guide and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, head regular meetings, evaluate performance, and hire subcontractors as needed

• Experience: Proven track record in renewable energy project management or related field
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion: A genuine commitment to innovation, leadership, sustainable efforts, and clean energy
• Education: Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management and construction preferred
