We’re looking for a Civil Laborer Site Crew Member to build the underground utilities, foundations, and roads that keep our country running.

 

🔻This is your chance to
  • Help build the things that make our communities thrive: As a grounds worker, transform raw earth into awesome access roads and build the underground utilities that keep everything humming
  • Master the machine: Be a heavy machinery operator for equipment like excavators, backhoes, and more; Clean, check fluid levels, and conduct visual inspections of vehicles and equipment
  • Gear up and go: Drive equipment and job materials to the site and stage as needed
  • Lead the charge: Dig foundations, backfill trenches, make sure everything is compacted just right, and clean up to make your work shine
  • Become a concrete crusader: Lay concrete foundations, flatwork, and finishing
  • Put on finishing touches: Restore topsoil, install stone, mulch, erosion control, and even some minor hardscaping features; You’ll be the tradesperson artist putting the finishing flourish on our masterpiece
🔻Bonus points if you
  • Are a whiz at tumbling tower games (because stacking rebar cages is kind of like that game but for craftsmen)
  • Enjoy traveling, working outdoors, and getting some exercise (fresh air and sunshine are included in the benefits package!)
  • Put safety first, because we take safety seriously and following procedures is key to keeping yourself and the crew safe
🔻We’re looking for someone with the right stuff, which includes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • The intention of getting your class A CDL (we’ll help you get there!)
  • Basic knowledge and ability to operate hand tools
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, because this blue-collar field ain’t for the faint of heart (or biceps)
